1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Class A Group Pty Ltd (trading as Class A Fix) (“Class A Fix”).

By requesting services, accepting a quote or proceeding with work, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Class A Fix provides a fully managed maintenance coordination service.

We arrange and manage qualified and licensed contractors to carry out maintenance, repair and installation works.

Class A Fix does not perform licensed electrical, plumbing or other regulated trade work.

3. Licensed Contractors

All regulated work is carried out by appropriately licensed and registered contractors.

These contractors are independent and responsible for the technical delivery of the work.

Where applicable, contractors will issue all required compliance certificates.

4. Responsibility for Work

The contractor performing the work is solely responsible for:

Class A Fix coordinates and manages the process but does not undertake, supervise or certify regulated work.

5. Quotes and Scope

Quotes are based on the information available at the time.

If additional work is required, this will be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges.

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the site.

Delays caused by access issues, site conditions or third parties may result in additional charges.

Any work outside the agreed scope must be approved before proceeding, unless required for safety reasons.

9. Warranties and Defects

Workmanship issues relating to regulated work must be addressed by the licensed contractor who performed the work.

Class A Fix will assist in coordinating rectification where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
